About BrewSkin :

BrewSkin is a precision beauty applicator brand from India. We make the tool that decides how well

everything else you own actually works. Our hero is the Oat Cream and Espresso Puff pair, built after two

years of R&D.

We launched in May 2026 from Gurugram. In our first quarter we crossed 900 customers with zero paid

acquisition, and almost every order was at full price. In September we took BrewSkin to New York, where

our first pop-ups sold 200+ units. Membership and an affiliate program are launching this season.

BrewSkin was founded by Rishabh Kapoor (Founder and CEO) and Kompal Matta Kapoor (Co-Founder

and CMO, and the creator behind the brand's community).

What you'll own :

1. Editing

• Hooks in the first 2 seconds, clean pacing, captions, sound design, colour. Every reel is built to be

watched to the end.

2. Shooting

• Run camera, lighting and audio on our shoot days. Set up fast, get the shot, keep the energy up.

3. Paid creatives

• Cut the same idea five ways so our ads team can test what wins.

4. Long-form

• YouTube videos and podcast cuts, plus clips pulled from every long piece.

5. Scheduling

• Schedule approved posts on each page. The content calendar is owned by the Director of Marketing.

6. Asset library

• Keep raw and final files named, organised and easy to find.

How we work :

• The Director of Marketing sets your weekly brief. The founders approve your work in one weekly batch,

so you're never stuck waiting on daily feedback.

• Turnaround: first cut of a reel within 24 hours of the shoot.

• You'll see the numbers on everything you edit, and we'll learn together what works.

You'll fit if you :

• Have 3 to 5 years editing short-form for brands, creators or agencies.

• Have a portfolio with reels that clearly performed (share views or links).

• Work fluently in Premiere Pro, Final Cut or DaVinci Resolve, plus After Effects or CapCut for motion

and text.

• Can shoot as well as edit.

• Move fast without losing quality, and use AI tools to speed up the boring parts.

• Have taste: beauty, lifestyle and founder content is a plus.
