As part of our Engineering team, you'll play a key role in ensuring that these deeply meaningful experiences are reliable, performant, and delightful for millions of users every day.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and versatile Sr. Video Editor with 35 years of experience who excels in both AI-driven storytelling and on-ground video shooting. The ideal candidate can craft compelling narratives using a mix of AI tools, live-action footage, and strong editorial instincts. You will collaborate closely with content, marketing, and creative teams to produce impactful videos that educate, inspire, and engage millions of users.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Storytelling: Use AI tools to ideate, script, generate, and edit narrative-led videos.
• Video Production & Shooting: Plan and conduct shoots, capturing high-quality footage with strong understanding of lighting, framing, and audio.
• Content Creation: Edit and produce promotional, brand, social, and product videos for platforms like Instagram and YouTube.
• Storyboarding & Scripting: Convert ideas into structured storyboards; collaborate with content teams on script development.
• Research & Ideation: Track trends, cultural insights, and user behavior to fuel fresh video concepts.
• Creative Strategy: Develop video ideas for marketing campaigns, explainers, and product launches aligned with brand goals.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all videos reflect AppsForBharat's tone, values, and visual language.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, marketing, and content teams to deliver high-quality output within tight timelines.

What We're Looking For

• 35 years of experience in video editing, shooting, and creative storytelling.
• Strong portfolio featuring AI-led narrative videos and live-action shoots.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Experience in shoot planning, camera operation, lighting, and basic sound recording.
• Strong skills in storyboarding, scripting, and creative research.
• Deep understanding of social media video formats and how to drive engagement.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
