Code7 Academy is seeking an experienced and expert-level Video Editor & Graphic Designer with strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality professional videos, reels, ads, and promotional content
- Design advanced-level creatives for digital and print platforms
- Lead creative projects and manage timelines
- Mentor, train, and guide students with industry-level standards
- Support academic and placement-oriented creative work
Required Expertise
Video Editing (Expert Level):
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- After Effects (motion graphics )
- DaVinci Resolve (advanced color grading & workflow)
Graphic Design (Expert Level):
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Branding, typography & visual consistency
Must-Have Skills
- Proven industry experience with a strong portfolio
- Ability to lead a team and mentor students effectively
- Creative thinking with professional discipline
- Strong communication and time management skills
Experience
- 25+ years of professional experience preferred
- Teaching or mentoring experience is a plus
