Key Responsibilities:
Video Editing & Motion Graphics
- Edit and produce high-quality videos for brand promotion, digital ads, websites, and social media platforms
- Create motion graphics, animations, reels, shorts, and ad films
- Develop 2D explainer videos using motion graphics and visual storytelling
- Add animations, transitions, sound effects, voiceovers, and music
- Optimize video formats for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Google Ads, and other platforms
Graphic Design
- Design static and animated creatives for ads, social media, banners, thumbnails, and marketing campaigns
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets
- Work on performance marketing creatives for paid campaigns
Creative Collaboration
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and performance teams to develop creative concepts
- Translate briefs into visually compelling and conversion-focused creatives
- Stay updated with industry trends, ad formats, and new design technologies
Software & Tools
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Experience with AI tools (Adobe Firefly, Runway, Midjourney, AI video & design tools)
Technical & Creative Skills
- Strong command of motion graphics, typography, and visual storytelling
- Proven experience creating explainer videos and promotional ads
- Knowledge of color grading, sound design, and export optimization
- Ability to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in brand marketing, digital advertising, or agency environment
- Strong understanding of short-form content (Reels, Shorts, Ads)
- Experience with performance-driven creatives
