Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Senior Vice President of Human Resources Administration. The individual will oversee HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management while ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws. The role requires managing strategic human resource planning, developing organizational policies, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Additionally, they will be responsible for monitoring employee satisfaction, handling grievances, and contributing to the organization's overall growth and efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in Human Resources (HR), including recruitment, talent management, and workforce planning
  • Proven experience in Benefits Administration and Employee Benefits management
  • Demonstrated ability to handle Employee Relations and ensure compliance with labor laws
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR Policies and their implementation
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to strategize and contribute to organizational growth and positive workplace culture
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degrees or certifications like SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR are advantageous
  • Experience in legal or professional service organizations is a plus
