Job Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior UX/UI Designer Design Systems to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in design systems, branding, visual and interaction design, and will work closely with product design, engineering, research, and brand teams to build and evolve scalable, accessible, and high-quality design systems that support enterprise digital products.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with product designers to deliver high-quality, consistent design assets, ensuring usability, visual excellence, accessibility, and performance.
  
• Partner with product design, research, and engineering teams to apply, evolve, and maintain the Design System across digital platforms.
  
• Define and refine design workflows between the design system team and the wider product design community.
  
• Recommend methodologies, standards, and best practices to improve efficiency and consistency within the design system.
  
• Create and maintain documentation, guidelines, and usage standards for designers and engineers.
  
• Facilitate collaboration across design, engineering, product management, and brand teams to align on goals, priorities, and timelines.
  
• Oversee design quality assurance (QA) by conducting regular design reviews and providing constructive feedback.
  
• Establish and enforce design system governance, including version control, naming conventions, and component documentation.
  
• Evaluate, implement, and maintain design tools and systems that improve team productivity and collaboration.
  
• Continuously assess and optimize design processes and workflows.
  
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to ensure alignment on design goals.
  
• Drive design system adoption through training sessions, workshops, presentations, and evangelism initiatives.
  
• Communicate design system updates and enhancements through documentation and stakeholder presentations.
  

Essential Qualifications & Experience

• 6+ years of professional experience in UX Design, with a strong UI Design specialization.
  
• Proven experience leading the design of design systems and visual languages, supported by a strong portfolio or case studies.
  
• Demonstrated success implementing design processes and workflows that enable design system adoption and contribution.
  
• Strong design leadership and the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
  
• Experience evolving and maintaining brand identity for digital products.
  
• Excellent storytelling and presentation skills for stakeholder communication.
  
• Strong practice of user-centred design methodologies, including user research, usability testing, and feedback-driven design.
  
• Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  
• Experience linking design outcomes to business goals and company strategy.
  
• Hands-on experience working in Agile development environments.
  
• Proven ability to bridge communication gaps between design, engineering, and product teams.
  
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools such as Figma, Miro, Storybook, GitHub/GitLab.
  

Desirable Qualifications

• Degree in UX Design, Product Design, Human-Centred Design, Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related field.
