Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer (Freelance) to lead and complete the UI and UX design of the Eazybe WhatsApp extension and its associated workspace/dashboard. This role requires strong product thinking, attention to detail, and experience designing intuitive, scalable SaaS or productivity tools.
You will work closely with the product and engineering teams to transform requirements into polished, user-centric designs that enhance usability and overall product experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and complete the end-to-end UI/UX design for the WhatsApp extension and web workspace
- Design intuitive user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Ensure consistency across the extension and workspace in terms of visual language and interaction patterns
- Optimize user experience for productivity, clarity, and ease of use
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure feasibility and smooth implementation
- Iterate on designs based on feedback, usability considerations, and product goals
- Deliver developer-ready design assets and specifications
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with SaaS products, browser extensions, or productivity tools
- Proven ability to handle both UX (flows,usability) and UI (visual design, components, polish)
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma (preferred), Sketch, or similar
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile or fast-moving environment
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
- Ability to work independently and manage deliverables in a freelance setting
