We're hiring a
Senior UX & Product Design Strategist to define how users discover, understand, and interact with our digital products. This role blends product thinking, research-led design, and execution excellence to deliver experiences that are intuitive, scalable, and outcome-driven.
You'll work across the full product lifecyclefrom early exploration to launch and optimizationpartnering with product, engineering, design, and client stakeholders. Beyond shipping great work, you'll help raise the bar for UX quality, decision-making, and design maturity across teams.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Experience Definition & Product Thinking
Shape experience direction for complex digital products and platforms.
Convert user needs and business priorities into clear design narratives and experience models.
Lead early-stage discovery to frame problems, success metrics, and opportunity areas.
Research-Driven Decision Making
Design and execute user research plans using interviews, usability testing, and validation methods.
Translate research findings into insights that inform product direction and design choices.
Champion user-centered thinking throughout planning and delivery cycles.
Design Craft & Execution
Create user journeys, flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
Balance usability, accessibility, and scalability while designing for real-world constraints.
Partner closely with developers to ensure design intent is preserved through build and release.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on goals and priorities.
Lead design walkthroughs, workshops, and critique sessions.
Communicate design decisions clearly using research, data, and rationale.
Design Enablement & Process Improvement
Coach designers through feedback, reviews, and hands-on collaboration.
Contribute to evolving design standards, systems, and shared UX practices.
Improve how design integrates with product and engineering workflows.
What We're Looking For
58+ years of experience in UX, product design, or experience design roles.
A portfolio that demonstrates strategic thinking and end-to-end product impact.
Strong grounding in research, interaction design, and information architecture.
Expert-level proficiency in tools such as Figma, FigJam, Miro, or equivalents.
Solid understanding of accessibility principles and usability best practices.
Proven ability to work across disciplines and influence without authority.
Confident communicator with strong storytelling and facilitation skills.
Nice to Have
Experience designing enterprise, SaaS, or platform-scale products.
Exposure to design systems and reusable UX frameworks.
Working knowledge of front-end technologies and agile delivery models.
Experience collaborating with global teams or diverse user bases.
