Senior UX Designer

We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to create intuitive and user-centric digital experiences through user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product designs in an Agile environment using tools like Figma, Sketch, InVision, and Adobe Suite.

Experience Level : 5+ years as a Senior UX Designer with expertise in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and end-to-end product design. Proficient in tools like Figma, Sketch, InVision, and Adobe Suite, with strong experience in Agile/Scrum environments, stakeholder communication, usability testing, and cross-functional collaboration for delivering user-centric digital products..

What is expected out of you

As a part of this Job

• Get insights from clients that can translate to a value proposition.
• Collaborate on projects from start to finish and manage issues that impact design.
• Deliver detailed design flows and specifications, ensure product excellence throughout product development and implementation process.
• Define design direction in close collaboration with Designers, Researchers and Product Managers to define approach, tone, personality, ease of use, end-to-end flows.
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams to define user needs, opportunities and product requirements.
• Present User Flows, Wireframes, and Prototypes to communicate your ideas and concepts effectively.
• Validate ideas and designs through user testing.
• Understands Agile and Scrum methodology and/or has work experience with Scrum
