About Product Management

  • Our Product center is in Bangalore while our sales offices and partner ecosystem are spread across India and across global regions.
  • Product Management at Tally is responsible for defining product vision, shaping strategy, and ensuring delivery of simple, scalable, and high-performance solutions for millions of businesses.
  • The function operates across the full product lifecycle - from market understanding and roadmap definition to release execution and continuous customer feedback integration. We work at the intersection of customer reality, business context, and system architecture to translate complex workflows into structured, reliable product capabilities.
  • Within Product Management, the UX/UI function plays a critical role in building intuitive, pattern-driven enterprise experiences across desktop and mobile platforms. The focus is on scalable interaction models, reusable design systems, and consistency across high-density business workflows.

Role: Senior UX Designer

What You Will Own

As a Senior Product Manager UX, you will own the UX direction and execution for key product verticals or areas, leading end-to-end UX strategy and delivery across defined product surfaces. You will establish scalable visual and interaction patterns for enterprise workflows, ensuring conceptual integrity and consistency across modules and releases. The role involves structuring and decomposing ambiguous requirements into clear, executable design models while mentoring UX Designers (Level III & II) to elevate design quality and review standards. You will collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to deliver scalable, implementable solutions and contribute to strengthening the long-term maturity of the organization's design system.

Experience You Should Bring

  • 10+ years of professional experience in UX / Product Design within enterprise or B2B environments.
  • Proven experience in owning and leading complex product surfaces or verticals.
  • Strong exposure to high-density, workflow-intensive applications (ERP systems, SaaS admin platforms, desktop systems, enterprise mobile apps).
  • Deep understanding of interaction modeling, state-driven logic, validation frameworks, and structured information architecture.
  • Experience in defining, scaling, and governing reusable interaction patterns and design systems.
  • Demonstrated leadership in mentoring designers and conducting structured design reviews.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • High proficiency in Figma and system-driven design workflows.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Lead UX strategy and execution across a defined product vertical.
  • Define and evolve reusable design patterns aligned with enterprise requirements.
  • Conduct structured design reviews to ensure visual and behavioral consistency across modules.
  • Partner closely with Engineering to ensure accurate implementation of interaction logic.
  • Strengthen documentation standards and enhance process maturity within the UX/UI function.
  • Mentor designers and build long-term capability within the Product Management organization.
