Responsibilities
- Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
- Design and deliver wireframes and mock UI screens that are optimised for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
- Well aware of the responsive design approach.
- Facilitate the product vision by researching, user-testing the experiences, and understanding the user motivation for a better long-term execution of briefs.
- Take a user-centred design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
- Collaboratively work with the Game Designer to get to the best output. -> UX solutions.
- Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core and new functions and features.

Requirements
- 4+ years of UX design experience.
- Preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments.
- Expertise in standard UX software such as Figma is a must.
- Basic knowledge of how responsiveness works on different device sizes.
- Ability to iterate on designs and solutions efficiently, intelligently, and quickly.
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to internal team members and cross-functional teams. -> Clear communication skills.
- A clear understanding of the importance of user-centred design and design thinking.
- A good grasp of user-centred design (UCD), planning, and conducting heuristic analysis, usability tests, and solving accessibility concerns.
- Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting, including synthesising abstract ideas into concrete design implications.
- Familiarity with the product development process.
- Experience mentoring junior UX designers.
- An analytical mentality that prioritises research and data.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, and Strong attention to design and visual details.
