Role and Responsibilities:

  • Problem Framing: Identify and prioritize high-impact research questions that shape product direction.
  • End-to-End Research: Plan and execute research across the product lifecycle—from discovery to post-launch.
  • Behavioral Insights: Uncover patterns in user behavior and translate them into opportunities to improve engagement, retention, and outcomes.
  • Mixed-Methods Research: Use a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to build a holistic understanding of users.
  • Insight Synthesis & Influence: Convert research findings into clear, actionable insights that influence product decisions.
  • Collaboration with Product & Data: Work closely with product, analytics, and data teams to connect user insights with metrics and business outcomes.
  • Research Enablement: Enable designers and PMs to run lightweight research through frameworks and best practices, while maintaining quality.
  • Mentorship & Culture: Mentor team members and champion a strong, user-centric research culture.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in UX or product research within product-driven organizations
  • Strong ability to frame problems and define research that influences product direction
  • Proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research methods (generative and evaluative)
  • Experience working closely with product, design, and data teams to drive outcomes
  • Strong synthesis skills—ability to move from raw data to clear insights and product implications
  • Ability to connect user insights with product metrics and business impact
  • Experience enabling cross-functional teams to conduct lightweight research while maintaining quality
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills to present insights in a clear, compelling manner
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities
