We're looking for an amazing UI/graphic designer for the Platform team who can design high-performing D2C sales/landing pages as well as provide inputs into building the overall design architecture for the brand. You'll pair strong visual/UI skills with basic data literacy. Ideal for someone who loves design, understands why things convert, and can imagine the global consumer vividly in their mind.
What you'll do
- Work on building our brand identity, globally.
- Design high-converting sales pages/PDPs (mobile-first) for campaigns, launches, and evergreen funnels.
- Build pages in Shopify using page builders (PageFly/Zipify), ensuring responsive output.
- Brainstorm & then provide content to Media team to run and iterate A/B tests (e.g., headlines, hero, price blocks, bundles, social-proof, video placements).
- Partner with copy and media teams to align landing pages with ad-to-page message match.
- Use tools to read funnel data and discuss weekly improvements.
- Own assets: Figma, design systems, video templates.
- Ensure accessibility & speed (alt text, colour contrast, compressed media).
Must-have skills
- A vision of how to build strong brands through design.
- UI/Visual design for web. Strong typographic hierarchy, spacing, mobile-first grids.
- Analytics literacy: Excel/Sheets.
- Understanding of CRO basics like A/B testing.
Experience
- 48 years in D2C/e-commerce landing pages & performance creatives, or an exceptional portfolio that proves it.
- Evidence of measurable lifts (before/after metrics, learnings). Portfolio links please.
Education
- Bachelor's in design/ communication/ visual communication/ Interaction, orB.Tech/B.E. with strong design portfolio.
