About The Role:
The Senior UX Designer will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role involves close collaboration with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into seamless and engaging user experiences. The individual will drive UX strategy, ensure design consistency, and contribute to delivering high-quality, scalable products.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and final design delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, QA, and Business to define user experience requirements.
- Translate business needs and user insights into intuitive, user-friendly design solutions.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
- Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Ensure consistency by contributing to and maintaining design systems and UX guidelines.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles across projects and teams.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Continuously improve product usability based on analytics, feedback, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in UX/UI design for web and mobile applications.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX design projects and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
