About Position
We are looking for an Advanced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Business Analyst who can build and test emails using Email Studio, Content Builder, etc.

What You'll Do
- Development Configuration: Build and test emails using Email Studio, Content Builder, HTML/CSS. Assist in developing simple personalization using AMPscript. Configure segmentation filters, lists, and data extensions. Support updates to Journey Builder programs and triggered sends.
- Data Automation Support: Help create and maintain Data Extensions, import activities, and automations. Write basic SQL queries for segmentation and reporting. Assist in monitoring automation performance and resolving basic errors.
- Campaign Execution Support: Support setup of email campaigns, triggered sends, and recurring journeys. Assist in QA/testing for rendering, links, data, and personalization. Work with marketing teams to ensure correct audience, subject line, and send strategy.
- Documentation Maintenance: Maintain technical documentation (DEs, queries, automations). Support platform hygiene (naming conventions, folder management, asset organization).
Expertise You'll Bring
- Basic understanding of: Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, HTML, CSS (for creating/editing emails) SQL (basic SELECT, WHERE JOIN preferred) AMPscript fundamentals
- Exposure to REST/SOAP APIs (nice to have)
- Familiarity with marketing automation or CRM tools is a plus.
- Certifications (Preferred) Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer (nice to have)
