Position: Senior UX Designer
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research, develop personas, and create journey maps to inform design decisions.
- Lead UX research, wireframing (both low fidelity and high fidelity), prototyping, and usability testing.
- Translate business requirements into intuitive, user-friendly designs.
- Create design systems and guidelines for consistency and scalability.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to drive design solutions.
- Advocate for user needs through data-driven insights and usability testing.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices.
Additional Skills:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in UX design for web and mobile applications with a portfolio showcasing innovative and user-centric designs.
- Strong proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like ProtoPie, InVision, Figjam, and Miro.
- Hands-on experience with user research, wireframing, usability testing, and A/B testing.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, Angular, JavaScript, React) to facilitate better collaboration with developers.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders.
- Experience in designing for both B2B and B2C products.
- UX Certification in specific topics like Design Thinking, User Research, or Product Design is a plus.
