Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end UX and visual design strategy, ensuring brand consistency across digital products
- Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and visual guidelines
- Create high-quality prototypes, wireframes, and interaction designs while refining the brand's UI aesthetics
- Think holistically and systematically to deliver scalable design solutions
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to align UX and branding goals
- Advocate for user-centered design principles, ensuring usability while maintaining a strong visual impact
- Lead cross-functional teams through ideation, conceptualization, and execution of innovative product experiences
- Influence stakeholders and build consensus through storytelling, communication, and strategic design decisions
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a focus on visual and brand design
- Strong experience in design systems, including building and maintaining scalable component libraries
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), and motion design tools
- A keen eye for typography, color theory, layouts, and iconography
- Ability to translate brand identity into intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences
- Understanding of front-end development principles to collaborate effectively with developers
- Experience working in agile environments and contributing to product development cycles
- Strong ability to articulate design decisions with a balance of data-driven insights and creative intuition
