Senior User Experience Design Specialist

• In this role, you will be joining an interdisciplinary team of designers, product owners, developers, project managers,and quality experts who partner with our customers to deliver outstanding software solutions. you'll be supportingproject planning, and integration and helping to drive user-centered design activities.

The Role Responsibilities

• Self-starter to understand, apply, and drive SAP-specific design guidelines on products.
• Proven ability to collaborate with teams and work independently within a multi-site international atmosphere.
• Support Create UX effort estimations for new projects with a clear scope.Support, plan, and moderate requirements gathering workshops that include user requirements analysis,task analysis, information architecture design, interaction design, and usability testing.
• Facilitate design sessions with involved teams using Design Thinking and User Centered Designmethodologies.
• Create low-to-high fidelity designs and prototypes based on the SAP Fiori design system.
• Work in close coordination with product owners to deliver expected UX outcomes, and verification of designsthrough reviews, validations, and/or formal usability testing.
• Maintain an understanding of design/user experience trends and practices and bring them back to the teamto enrich learning by knowledge sharing.

Skills and Competencies

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Interaction Design, Product Design, Digital Media Design, Human-ComputerInteraction.
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Strong skills with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Invision, Mural, Axure
