This is for FULL -TIME role and Work Location is S R Nagar, Hyderabad.

Experience: 6-8 Years

Shift Timings : 8.30 PM IST to 5.30 AM IST

Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior US IT Recruiter (Lead Level) with strong experience in US staffing, team handling, and direct client interaction. This is an individual contributor role, but the candidate should have prior experience guiding teams, managing clients, and working independently with minimal supervision.

Required Skills:

• 68 years of US IT recruitment experience.
• Strong experience with direct client handling & communication.
• Prior experience in team coordination or team handling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Expertise in using job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Naukri).
• Strong knowledge of US Tax Terms, Work Authorization, and recruitment processes.
