Location: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad (On-site)

Candidates must be local to Hyderabad
Must be comfortable working in US Shift Timings
No cab service provided
This is an On-site role only
Role & Responsibilities
End-to-end recruitment process (sourcing screening interview coordination closure)
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Naukri, job portals & referrals
Conduct initial candidate communication and basic technical screening
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers / clients
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
Meet hiring targets within deadlines
Maintain daily trackers, reports, and follow-up status
Use ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI tools for efficient sourcing
Who Can Apply
Candidates with 4–8 years of recruitment experience
Experienced candidates must have exposure to US IT Staffing
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Naukri, ATS (preferred)
Self-motivated, energetic & eager to learn
Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment
