We are seeking a Senior US IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-8 years of experience in recruiting IT professionals for the US market, with a strong understanding of various technical roles and the ability to connect with potential candidates effectively.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various IT positions in the US market.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT talent through networking and research.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Utilize various sourcing tools and platforms to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct thorough reference checks and background screenings as required.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-8 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably for the US market.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies (e.g., software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Familiarity with US employment laws and regulations related to recruitment.
