Job Description:

We are looking for a Sr US IT Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions in the US market. The ideal candidate should have experience working with US clients, sourcing candidates, and managing the hiring process efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and submit candidates for US IT requirements
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Familiar with ATS and job portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients
• Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment reports
• Use job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals to find candidates
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
