We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of IT positions and technologies, enabling them to effectively identify and attract top-tier talent. Experience working within VMS/MSP models is essential for this role.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as an IT Recruiter, with a focus on direct client and VMS/MSP staffing.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT recruitment, specifically within the US market.
Familiarity with various IT roles and terminologies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools.
Experience working with VMS platforms such as SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, or similar systems.
Understanding of various employment types, including W2, 1099, and Corp-to-Corp arrangements.
