Key Responsibilities:
- Staffing: Strong knowledge of contract and full-time (FTE) staffing processes.
- Boolean Search: Hands-on experience creating and using Boolean strings for IT roles.
- Job Boards: Practical, real-time experience using major job boards such as Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn RPS (not just basic or generic search familiarity).
Candidate Screening: Ability to screen candidates based on:
- Education
- Travel feasibility
- Visa/work authorization
- Clients and project domains
- Technical skills
- Project duration
- Budget fit, including rate/salary negotiation
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
