Role & Responsibilities
- Handle full-cycle recruitment for US IT positions, managing both W2 and C2C requirements across multiple IT domains including Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, and Data.
- Source, screen, and place qualified IT professionals for developers, engineers, architects, project managers, and other technical roles.
- Ensure compliance with US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and immigration statuses (USC, GC, H1B, OPT, CPT, TN, EAD).
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, proactively engaging passive candidates for current and future opportunities.
- Collaborate with account managers and clients to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct technical and visa screenings to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and eligibility.
- Negotiate offer terms, manage candidate expectations, and facilitate the hiring process from initial contact to onboarding.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and placement metrics to management and stakeholders.
- Mentor and coach junior recruiters, guiding them in sourcing strategies, client interaction, and candidate management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments to identify new recruitment opportunities.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a US IT recruiter with a proven track record in full-cycle recruitment for IT roles.
- Hands-on experience with both W2 and C2C candidates, including volume hiring and niche skill recruitment.
- Strong understanding of the US IT job market, technologies, trends, and talent availability.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, and recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Flexibility to work night shifts according to business requirements.
