Job Summary
CBTS is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in US IT recruitment, with a strong track record of sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier technology professionals for clients across the United States.
This role requires working during US Eastern Time hours and offers the opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, high-performance recruitment team supporting diverse technology clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time roles
- Source qualified candidates using job portals, ATS, referrals, and professional networks
- Screen candidates for technical skills, communication abilities, and client requirements
- Ensure compliance with US hiring practices, work authorizations, and tax regulations
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics in internal ATS
- Collaborate closely with account managers and hiring teams to meet client needs
- Meet hiring targets and timelines in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 15 years of hands-on experience in US IT recruitment
- Strong understanding of:
- US hiring practices
- Work authorizations (US Citizens, Green Card, H1B, etc.)
- US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
- Proficiency with job portals and internal Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Willingness to work US Eastern Time (Night Shift)
