Job Title: US Accounts Executive (CA Intern / Semi-Qualified CA)

Location: Hitech City, Hyderabad (Work From Office)

Shift: Night Shift

Experience: 14 Years (CA Intern / Articleship candidates can apply)

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Sr. US Accounts Executive with strong fundamentals in accounting and a keen interest in US finance processes. This role is ideal for CA Interns / Semi-qualified professionals who want to build expertise in US accounting, taxation, and payroll while working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end US accounting operations including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and bank reconciliations
  • Assist in month-end closing activities and preparation of financial reports
  • Work on QuickBooks for bookkeeping, journal entries, and financial data management
  • Support US payroll processing and maintain compliance with federal and state regulations
  • Assist in US taxation activities such as W-2, 1099, and basic tax filings
  • Coordinate with internal teams (HR, Compliance, Immigration) for documentation and payroll inputs
  • Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and assist in financial analysis
  • Communicate with US clients and internal stakeholders for basic queries and follow-ups
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation of financial records

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • CA Intern / Articleship experience or 14 years in Accounting/Finance
  • Basic understanding of US Accounting concepts (training can be provided)
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks (preferred, not mandatory)
  • Knowledge of AR, AP, and bank reconciliation processes
  • Good communication skills and willingness to work in US shift
  • Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn

Good to Have (Added Advantage)

  • Exposure to US taxation or payroll
  • Experience working with US clients / CPA firms / accounting firms
  • Pursuing EA / CPA (US)
  • Prior internship or training in US accounting
