We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team
As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and visual aesthetics of our digital products
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other designers, to create intuitive and visually stunning interfaces that delight our users
The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to translate complex concepts into elegant and intuitive user interfaces
Responsibilities:
Lead the design process from concept to implementation, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines
Work closely with product managers to define and refine product requirements and user stories
Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on design solutions
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts and interactions effectively
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and cohesive user experiences across different platforms and devices
Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to validate and iterate on design solutions
Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies, and share knowledge and best practices with the team
Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team culture
Advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to the improvement of design processes and methodologies within the organization Requirements: Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (Masters degree preferred)
Proven experience as a UI/UX designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
Strong knowledge of mobile and web design patterns, responsive design, and accessibility guidelines
Experience conducting user research and usability testing, and using data-driven insights to inform design decisions
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders
Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
