UI Design

The UI Design is responsible for creating intuitive, user-friendly, and visually consistent digital interfaces. This role ensures alignment with the centralized UX/UI strategy, design system, and accessibility standards defined by the Head of UX/UI. The position balances hands-on design leadership (mentoring, reviewing, guiding design work) with project-level ownership, ensuring delivery of high-quality interfaces across web, mobile, and kiosk platforms.

Resposibilities:

Design System & Standards

•        Apply and maintain design system components in ongoing projects.

·        Ensure accessibility (WCAG) and bilingual (Arabic/English) standards in all outputs. 

UX/UI Delivery 

•        Lead design of user interfaces for digital services (web, mobile, kiosks).  

•        Review and approve design deliverables before submission.

•        Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.  

User-Centered Design 

•        Support usability testing and research activities with Head of UX/UI guidance. Quarterly

•        Use analytics and feedback to iterate designs.

Collaboration

•        Partner with CX and Service Design teams to ensure cohesive experiences.  

Leadership & Mentoring

•        Provide coaching, feedback, and mentorship to junior designers.

•        Foster a collaborative, creative design culture within the team.

Innovation & Growth

•        Stay updated on latest design trends, tools, and methodologies.

•        Propose enhancements to the design system and design processes.

Qualification:

·        4+ years of UX/UI design experience in digital products or government services.

·         Experience leading small design teams or acting as project-level design lead.

·        Hands-on expertise in design systems, accessibility, and responsive design.

·         Strong experience with Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent design tools.

·         Exposure to agile delivery environments.
