About the Role:
We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team. This role involves leading the design of user-centric interfaces and experiences for enterprise and SaaS products. The ideal candidate will bring both creative and strategic design expertise, along with hands-on experience using modern design tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and contribute to the UX/UI design of complex web and mobile applications
- Create and maintain scalable design systems and UI frameworks aligned with brand guidelines
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure cohesive design outcomes
- Apply principles of usability, accessibility, and design psychology to enhance user experience
Key Skills and Requirements:
- 6+ years of overall experience in UI/UX design, with at least 2 years in a strategic or leadership capacity
- Proficiency in Figma and other modern design tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in designing for enterprise or SaaS platforms
- Deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies and best practices
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and responsive design principles
