Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 3–4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in UI design and a passion for crafting intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric digital experiences. You will be involved in the complete design lifecycle, from concept to execution, while collaborating closely with product and development teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design clean, user-friendly, and visually engaging interfaces
- Work on end-to-end UI/UX design processes
- Create, manage, and scale design systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers and developers
- Present design concepts, workflows, and case studies effectively
Required Skills
- Strong UI design foundation with a high-quality portfolio demonstrating visual clarity and craftsmanship
- Mandatory: Ability to clearly explain case studies in the portfolio
- Hands-on experience in building and maintaining design systems
- 3–4 years of relevant UI/UX design experience
- Proficiency in Figma
- Good communication and presentation skills

- Bachelor's degree in Design from Tier 1 institutes (IIT, NIFT, NID, or equivalent)
