- Lead end-to-end design for web and mobile healthcare applications.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Conduct user research, usability testing & refine experiences.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver impactful solutions.
- Ensure accessibility, consistency, and scalability through a design system.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience.
- Strong background in healthcare / health-tech products.
- Hands-on expertise with Figma (auto-layout, components, design systems).
- Deep understanding of user-centered design and accessibility.
- Experience designing for SaaS platforms.
- Bonus: familiarity with HTML/CSS, HIPAA compliance, and healthcare regulations.
