WeNext.ai is our SaaS platform enabling businesses to grow through WhatsApp automation, conversational commerce, and AI-driven customer engagement.

As we scale, we are building a predictable, measurable lead generation system and this role will own it end-to-end.

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who can own design end-to-end and confidently represent design in client and stakeholder conversations. This role goes beyond executionyou'll collaborate directly with clients, understand business context, and translate discussions into clear, impactful user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end UX/UI design from discovery to final delivery

Participate in and lead client meetings, stakeholder discussions, and design reviews

Gather requirements directly from clients, product owners, and business stakeholders

Translate business goals and client feedback into user-centric design solutions

Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and interactive prototypes

Ensure design consistency through design systems and reusable components

Collaborate closely with engineering teams for smooth implementation

Present design rationale clearly and handle feedback constructively

Mentor junior designers and elevate overall design quality

Required Skills & Experience

58+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design

Proven experience in client-facing roles and stakeholder communication

Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, UI craft, and problem-solving

Expertise in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Prototyping)

Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility

Ability to independently manage design tasks and timelines

Clear, confident communicatorboth verbal and written

Nice to Have

Experience working with B2B SaaS or enterprise products

Exposure to design systems and scalable UX frameworks

Basic understanding of frontend constraints (HTML/CSS)

Experience collaborating with global or cross-functional teams
