We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to create seamless and engaging user experiences.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Design: Lead UI/UX design for web and mobile applications, creating wireframes, prototypes, and responsive interfaces.
- User Research: Conduct user research and analyze feedback to inform design decisions and improve user experiences.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, present designs to stakeholders, and mentor junior designers.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay current with UI/UX trends and enhance design processes and methodologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD), understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript, responsive and mobile-first design, user research and testing.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum, design systems, basic front-end development, and team leadership.
