About The Role
We are looking for a passionate and driven Design Team Lead with a strong focus on UI/UX to head our design function. You will lead a small but growing team of designers, ensuring that our products and brand deliver world-class user experiences. This role requires a mix of leadership, creativity, and hands-on design skills, along with the ability to mentor and grow design talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of UI/UX and graphic designers.
- Define and own the design vision, ensuring consistency across digital products and brand touchpoints.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with the product, development, and SEO team members to translate business goals into user-friendly designs.
- Establish and maintain design systems, guidelines, and best practices.
- Manage project timelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and methodologies.
