Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer (10+ years experience) to lead product design initiatives for enterprise-grade fintech solutions. This role requires strategic thinking, design leadership, and experience working on high-scale financial products with regulatory and security constraints.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead UX strategy for fintech products across web and mobile platforms
- Own the complete design lifecycle from research to delivery
- Define and scale enterprise-level Design Systems
- Mentor and guide junior designers
- Drive user research, usability studies, and A/B testing initiatives
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Business teams
- Translate complex financial workflows into intuitive user journeys
- Establish UX governance and design best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of UI/UX design experience
- 4+ years in fintech, banking, payments, wealth-tech, or lending domain
- Strong experience in enterprise product design
- Expertise in Figma and advanced prototyping tools
- Experience building and managing design systems
- Strong understanding of fintech regulations and secure UX flows
- Experience handling stakeholder presentations and design workshops
- Experience in leading UX audits and heuristic evaluations
Preferred / Nice to Have
- Experience working with large-scale fintech products or digital banking platforms
- Experience in data visualization design for financial analytics
- Prior experience mentoring design teams
- Exposure to global fintech compliance standards
