Position Summary
We are seeking aSenior Creative Technologistwith a dual background in UI/UX Design and Frontend Engineering.
With 45 years of professional experience, the ideal candidate will lead the design and implementation of our digital products. You will be responsible for crafting high-performanceE-commerce platforms, designing intuitive interfaces forAI applications, and developing immersive3D web experiencesthat align with our holographic technologies.
This role requires a Hybrid professional who can conceive high-fidelity designs in Figma and translate them into pixel-perfect, production-ready code.
Key Responsibilities
1. UI/UX & Visual Strategy
- Futuristic Interface Design:Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes for AI-driven dashboards and web platforms, utilizing modern aesthetics (Glass morphism, Dark Mode, Micro-interactions).
- E-Commerce UX:Design and optimize end-to-end user journeys for e-commerce clients, focusing on usability, accessibility, andConversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
- Brand Innovation:Develop visual assets that support ourHoloboxand spatial computing initiatives, ensuring a cohesive futuristic brand identity.
2. Frontend Development & Engineering
- Component Development:Build scalable, reusable, and responsive UI components usingReact.js (Next.js)orVue.js.
- Advanced Animation:Implement WebGL and motion graphics using libraries such asThree.js, React Three Fiber,orGSAPto deliver immersive 3D web experiences.
- Performance Optimization:Ensure all rich media and complex animations are optimized for fast load times (Core Web Vitals) and SEO performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:Bridge the gap between visual design and backend logic, working closely with IT teams to ensure technical feasibility.
Qualifications & Requirements
Professional Experience:
- 45 Yearsof proven experience in a hybrid Design/Development role.
- A strong portfolio demonstratingcomplex web interfaces,E-commerce live sites, andcreative/interactive web design.
Technical Proficiency:
- Frontend:Expert knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 (SCSS/Tailwind), JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
- Frameworks:Production experience withReact,Next.js, orVue.js.
- Motion/3D:Proficiency withThree.js,Framer Motion, orGSAPis highly preferred.
- Design Tools:Advanced proficiency inFigma(Auto-layout, Prototyping, Design Systems) and Adobe Creative Cloud.
Core Competencies:
- Deep understanding ofSales Psychologywithin UI design.
- Ability to manage multiple projects autonomously from concept to deployment.
