Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in UI/UX design (preferably in IT, SaaS, or digital products).
- Skilled in user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing.
- Expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and user flow creation for web and mobile apps.
- Strong ability to design responsive, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces.
- Experience maintaining design systems, UI guidelines, and component libraries.
- Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, and Miro.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design, accessibility, and usability standards.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic front-end frameworks (preferred).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to mentor junior designers and handle multiple design projects.
- Up-to-date with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
- Strong portfolio showcasing both UX strategy and visual design expertise.
