Job Description

Job Title: Senior UX/ UI Designer

Experience: 5-7 Years

Job Location: Remote, India

Position Overview:

As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will play a pivotal role in advocating for our users and designing exceptional web app experiences. With a strong focus on user needs, you will create user flows, wireframes, and final designs, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user journey. Your expertise in conducting qualitative and quantitative research, including user interviews and usability testing, will be essential in presenting insightful findings.

Roles & Responsibilities.

  • Advocate for our users and empathize with their needs.
  • Design web app experiences, including user flows, wireframes, and final designs.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research and present findings.
  • Perform user interviews, usability testing, etc.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, product, and engineering partners to balance user and company goals.
  • Hand-off design mocks to engineering and participate in QA/UAT.
  • Actively participate in design critiques.
  • Contribute to design component libraries.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with stakeholders in the USA, ensuring alignment across time zones.
  • Adapt to cultural differences and work styles to foster strong international collaboration.

Required Skills-

  • A relentlessly curious designer looking to learn and grow with 5-7 years of experience.
  • Understanding of basic design thinking principles.
  • Experience designing web-based applications.
  • Experience with common user research tactics.
  • Knowledge of Figma and design libraries.
  • Portfolio of previous work.

Nice to Have-

  • Knowledge and/or experience designing for healthcare.
  • Digital agency experience.
  • Experience in quantitative data analysis.
  • Ability to create Figma design libraries.
  • Experience with Pendo software.
