Position Overview:
As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will play a pivotal role in advocating for our users and designing exceptional web app experiences. With a strong focus on user needs, you will create user flows, wireframes, and final designs, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user journey. Your expertise in conducting qualitative and quantitative research, including user interviews and usability testing, will be essential in presenting insightful findings.
Roles & Responsibilities.
- Advocate for our users and empathize with their needs.
- Design web app experiences, including user flows, wireframes, and final designs.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research and present findings.
- Perform user interviews, usability testing, etc.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product, and engineering partners to balance user and company goals.
- Hand-off design mocks to engineering and participate in QA/UAT.
- Actively participate in design critiques.
- Contribute to design component libraries.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with stakeholders in the USA, ensuring alignment across time zones.
- Adapt to cultural differences and work styles to foster strong international collaboration.
Required Skills-
- A relentlessly curious designer looking to learn and grow with 5-7 years of experience.
- Understanding of basic design thinking principles.
- Experience designing web-based applications.
- Experience with common user research tactics.
- Knowledge of Figma and design libraries.
- Portfolio of previous work.
Nice to Have-
- Knowledge and/or experience designing for healthcare.
- Digital agency experience.
- Experience in quantitative data analysis.
- Ability to create Figma design libraries.
- Experience with Pendo software.
