Role Description
EvinceDev (Evince Development) is looking for talented candidates based on the requirements described here. Following are the Brief points of the Job Requirements
- Have a solid ability to study design briefs and determine requirements.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand requirements and provide creative, thoughtful solutions.
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to drive Web product strategy and design experiences that work well for our customers.
- Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, and/or high fidelity prototypes.
- Contribute to and participate in our design critique process.
- Be a source of inspiration for the other team members.
- Good experience in Web and mobile-specific product and UI design, including apps for Android and iOS.
- Have a design portfolio with examples of UI/UX and web design work showing your keen eye for good design and attention to detail.
- Graphic Principles like Color Theory and Composition Principles.
- Able to create original graphic designs (e.G. Creative Images, Sketches, and illustrations).
- Proficient with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Prototyping tools, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Figma, XD).
- Ability to build and coordinate design artifacts (flows, journey maps, service blueprints, wires, mocks, prototypes, specs, related documentation).
- Experience with internal Unit quality testing.
