Eightinity, a leader in digital innovation, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr UI/UX Designer to join our team in Pune. We're looking for a creative professional who combines exceptional aesthetic sensibility with practical design solutions, staying ahead of the latest trends and consistently exceeding client requirements. If you have 3-5 years of proven experience in website and app design, and are ready to make a significant impact, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
- Create and refine wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows, ensuring they are both visually appealing and highly functional.
- Adapt designs seamlessly for mobile, tablet, and app interfaces, guaranteeing an intuitive user experience across all platforms.
- Collaborate effectively within a team while also excelling independently to produce exceptional design outcomes.
- Apply your deep understanding of website and UI design, complemented by foundational graphic design theory.
- Lead and actively contribute to creative reviews, providing insightful critiques and actionable suggestions.
- Conduct thorough user research to inform design decisions and rigorously test new ideas before implementation.
- Ensure all designs adhere to current online information architecture standards and UI design best practices.
Requirements:
- Mandatory: An impressive Dribbble profile showcasing your most creative and imaginative work.
- Mandatory: Expert proficiency in Figma.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Logo Designing.
- Experience with Sketch, Illustrator, and other prototyping software.
- Strong grasp of mobile and desktop user journeys.
- Background in working on high-engagement digital products.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of discussing and explaining design choices effectively.
Assessment Criteria:
Our selection process is designed to find the best fit for our team. If your resume is shortlisted, here's what you can expect:
- Round 1: One-to-One Discussion with Our CEO. This will be an opportunity for us to get to know you and your vision.
- Round 2: Small Assignment. If you clear the first round, you'll be given a brief design assignment to showcase your skills.
- Paid Work Engagement (2-3 Weeks): Successful candidates from the assignment round will be offered a paid work engagement lasting 2-3 weeks. This period will serve as a mutual assessment to ensure a strong cultural and skill fit within our company. You must be available for in-person work in Pune for this stage.
- Full-Time Opportunity: If you demonstrate the spark and alignment we're looking for during the paid engagement, we will extend a full-time offer.
