What You'll Do

• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals.
• Design and prototype intuitive, accessible, and user-centric workflows for complex construction use cases.
• Lead end-to-end design for web and mobile applications from wireframes and user flows to high-fidelity mockups.
• Conduct user research, heuristic evaluations, and usability testing to identify and solve pain points.
• Mentor junior designers and actively contribute to a culture of feedback and design excellence.

What We're Looking For

• 47 years of professional experience in UX/UI or Product Design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing product thinking, UI craft, and design decisions.
• Proficiency in Figma (Design, Prototyping, Components, Design Systems).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative product environment.
• Understanding of basic frontend development constraints (HTML/CSS is a bonus).
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
• Experience working on SaaS platforms or enterprise tools is a strong advantage

Nice-to-Haves

• Previous experience working on tools for construction, logistics, or field operations.
• Motion design, micro-interactions, or storytelling with data.
• Experience setting up user research or analytics tools.
