Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Designer to join our team at Cyces Innovation Labs LLP. In this role, you will drive the design quality of complex web and mobile products, shaping experiences that are intuitive, scalable, and aligned with business goals.
You will play a key role in defining design direction, improving design processes, and ensuring consistency across products while collaborating closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders. This role calls for strong design judgment, accountability for outcomes, and the ability to influence decisions through design thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end design execution for web and mobile applications, ensuring high usability and visual consistency.
- Translate product vision and complex requirements into intuitive user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Drive user-centered design decisions through research, usability testing, and data-backed insights.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to align design solutions with technical and business constraints.
- Define, evolve, and maintain scalable design systems and UI standards across products.
- Provide design direction and constructive feedback to ensure a consistently high design bar.
- Proactively identify experience gaps and propose design improvements that enhance user and business outcomes.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices, and apply them meaningfully to products.
Qualifications
- 3 - 4 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in product-driven or technology-focused environments.
- Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design, problem-solving, and impact.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience designing responsive and scalable systems across platforms.
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and familiarity with development constraints is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale and influence stakeholders.
- High attention to detail, ownership mindset, and the ability to independently drive multiple initiatives.
