Senior UI UX Designer

• Bachelors Degree required.
• Experience in a B2B SaaS or software Product company/ Pharma company.
• Proven experience as a UX Design, Product Design, UX Research, Wireframing, Prototyping, Usability testing.
• 5-7 years of experience on a product or user experience team (or equivalent experience).
• Create prototypes for new product ideas
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
• Experience with the Salesforce DSM to design applications.
• Need to be proficient in design software (Invision, Sketch, Adobe CC, Keynote and other relevant software).
• A track record of designing and delivering digital products; illustrated with a portfolio.
• Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture.
• Experience with several design approaches, methods, and tools that you can use to plan and estimate your project work.
• Team player and excellent communication skills.
• Good time-management skills.
• Portfolio of design samples needed to be considered.

The Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Degree or formal training in design, HCI, or an equivalent.
• Experience working in an Agile environment, using Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Experience with systems thinking and design (e.g., workflow/asset management systems, business intelligence systems).
• Demonstrated business acumen, including experience measuring and calibrating the impact of your work against key business and customer experience goals.
