What You'll Own:
- End-to-end product design across multiple web products and user journeys.
- Transform complexity into clarity: turn intricate workflows into intuitive, elegant experiences
- Design system leadership: build and evolve a scalable, Figma-based design system that keeps the team moving fast
- Research-driven iteration: conduct user research, run usability tests, and let data guide your decisions
- Cross-functional collaboration: work closely with product, engineering, and marketing to ship polished, high-impact features
- Growth-focused design: create experiments, run A/B tests, and measure what moves the needle
Qualification:
- 46 years of product design experience, ideally on SaaS platforms, dashboards, or complex web applications
- Deep UX fundamentals: wireframing, prototyping, information architecture, and responsive design are second nature
- User research chops: you know how to validate assumptions, test with real users, and iterate based on insights
- Strong collaboration skills: you can communicate design rationale clearly and work effectively with developers and stakeholders
- Data-informed mindset: you use analytics and user behavior to guide design decisions, not just intuition
- Design & Prototyping*: Figma (advanced), Sketch, Adobe XD, FigJam
Good to have:
- User Research & Testing: Maze, Hotjar, Useberry, Lookback, Clarity
- Analytics & Experimentation: Mixpanel, Google Analytics
- Collaboration & Project Management: Notion, Jira, Confluence
- Bonus: Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for smoother developer handoffs
