Senior UI Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation and delivery of high-fidelity UI designs, design systems, component libraries, iconography, and micro-interactions.
• Drive visual storytelling to enhance the emotional impact of user interfaces in collaboration with UX and product teams.
• Ensure design consistency and scalability across responsive and adaptive platforms (desktop, web, mobile).
• Mentor and provide feedback to junior and mid-level designers, fostering a culture of design excellence.
• Champion design system principles, methodologies, and best practices while extending existing brand guidelines.
• Act as a bridge between design, development, and business teams to ensure feasibility and alignment.
• Stay updated on emerging design trends, tools, and AI-driven innovations, integrating them into the design process.
• Lead design reviews and stakeholder presentations, ensuring clarity and alignment on design decisions.
