Job Title: UI UX designer and developer
Position: Senior Software Engineer
Experience: 5 to 9Yrs

Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or Exposure to any ERP platforms experience. Experience in working with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Passion for UI/UX design and user centered principles.
- Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills.
- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.
- Attention to detail and strong visual design sensibility.
- Familiarity with design systems, UI guidelines, and usability standards.
- Proactive attitude toward learning and continuous improvement.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in UI design.
- Proven experience in delivering UI/UX design for complex applications.
- Strong experience in developing user flows, process flows, and site maps.
- Proficiency with design and wireframing tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, OmniGraffle, or similar.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
- Demonstrated ability to design intuitive, visually appealing interfaces.
- Excellent problem solving abilities and creativity in addressing UI challenges.
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Up to date knowledge of modern UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments.
