Job Description

User Experience (UX) Design: Take an active role in the UX design process, offering insights and ideas for enhancing user interactions, accessibility, and overall usability
Responsive Design: Ensure that all UI components and layouts are optimized for various screen sizes and devices, delivering a seamless experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
Performance Optimization: Implement best practices for front-end performance optimization, such as minimizing load times and reducing the overall footprint of the UI components
Cross-Browser Compatibility: Test and ensure compatibility of UI elements across multiple browsers and devices to provide consistent user experiences
Code Quality and Documentation: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while adhering to coding standards and best practices
Technology Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in front-end development technologies and tools, suggesting improvements to the development process
Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with designers, back-end developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of the front-end components with the back-end functionality
Troubleshooting and Bug Fixing: Identify and resolve UI-related issues and bugs in a timely manner, maintaining the overall quality and reliability of the product
Mentoring and Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth within the team
Requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field
Equivalent work experience may be considered
Experience: Minimum of X years of professional experience in front-end development with a strong portfolio showcasing previous UI projects and web applications
Technical Skills:Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a deep understanding of responsive design principles
