As Senior UI Designer, you will be responsible for driving key initiatives in usability, user experience, design standards and guidelines, mentor other designers, work with engineers to implement the designs and standards.
An ideal candidate will possess following:
1. Atleast 2 years of experience developing world class user interface for consumer internet, preferably in eCommerce.
2. Hand's on experience in web Development using HTML5, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, etc..
3. Experience in designing mobile site and mobile application is added plus.
4. Strong understanding how design impacts performance on the end users systems.
5. Good knowledge of Photoshop,Dreamweaver, Illustrator and other Designing Tools.
6. Expertise in cross browser development and Web usability and interface design knowledge.
7. Design and implement front-end business applications while working closely with developers andBusiness Analyst.
8. Knowledge of best practices for web-based applications and interactive designs.
9. Develop business requirements into Alluring designs to provide the users with a WOW Experience.
10. A strong portfolio with ability to develop the Best of the designs for ShopClues
11. Extremely good communications and interpersonal skills
12. Ability to collaborate across departments
13. Result oriented and ready to take ownership
14. Desire to make impact and high work ethics
