What the candidate needs
5+ years of product design experience, including 3+ years contributing directly to a scaled design system.
Exceptional UI and interaction design craft.
Strong proficiency in Figma, especially component-building tools.
Familiarity with front-end concepts (React, HTML/CSS, iOS, Android) and how design systems map into code.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly.
A passion for design craft, systems thinking, and helping teammates do their best work.
